Access the SOS Envios website and register. If you have already registered, just log into your account as usual;
Go to the Assisted Buying tab;
Then, normally select the products on the website of your choice.
Finalize the purchase by adding the address of SOS Envios in delivery;
Then, go back to the SOS Envios website and fill in the necessary data about your purchase;
When we complete your purchase, we will check availability and prices. If the information and prices are in line with the information provided in your assisted purchase request, the order will be placed.
If the items are not available or the prices are higher than those sent, we will contact you through your SOS ENVIOS account, informing you of any discrepancies.
Upon the arrival of your package at SOS Envios, we will inspect the items to ensure that your order is correct, and that nothing has been damaged in transit.
Once this inspection has been completed, you will be notified.
You will be able to schedule the shipment of your package to the destination of your choice, complete your customs declaration, choose your shipping method, pay for shipping and any applicable fees.
